Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
